Pre-Approval & Import
Pre-approve borrowers, import the loan to your lender of choice, assign the NPP processor, run AUS, add fees, and disclose.
Submit to Processing
Complete a Processing Submission Form and email it to your NPP processor. Ensure minimum submission documents are uploaded to Arive or Dropbox.
Loan in Processing
Your processor works with borrowers, the lender, and third parties to get the loan fully approved through underwriting. You handle any restructures.
Clear to Close
Once CTC, your processor balances with title and issues loan documents. For lenders with their own closing departments, we coordinate with the closer.
Loan Closing
We send you a copy of the final unsigned CD for review, confirm closing with title, provide closing instructions, and confirm wire release on funding day.
Post-Closing Compliance
Your processor works with title to ensure the full signed package is delivered to the lender and provides a standard compliance close-out package.

Shannon Burke started her mortgage career at United Wholesale Mortgage on the corporate lending side. After 6 years in the industry, she launched No Problem Processing to bring that institutional knowledge directly to mortgage brokers and lenders who need it most.
I came from the corporate lending side and now work on the broker side, so I actually get the pain points and deliver real solutions.

Loan Processing FAQ
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays when there is no funding.
Our processing fee must be disclosed at initial disclosure. Call us for a quote on your specific loan type. The fee is included in the 1% VA fee test where applicable.
Complete a Processing Submission Form and ensure minimum submission documents are uploaded to Arive or Dropbox. We will communicate what additional documents are needed.
We do not run loan scenarios. Loan originators should work with their lender account executives for scenario analysis.
A resubmission fee applies any time a loan is withdrawn and resubmitted for any reason with the same borrower and subject property address.
We are licensed in 11 states: Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Ohio, and Washington.
We process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM loans, FHA Streamlines, and VA IRRRLs.
